Precautions
- Voriconazole for injection should be mixed equally before using by shaking the closed bottle for about 10 seconds. Never combine the suspension with water, any other beverage, or any other drug.
- You might be given an intravenous (into a vein) injection of Voriconazole at the start of your treatment. When you start taking Voriconazole orally, your doctor may prescribe a low dose and then increase it if necessary to treat your condition. If Voriconazole side effects occur, your doctor may also lower your dosage.
- Your general health, the kind of infection you have, and how well you respond to the medication will all influence how long it takes for you to complete your treatment. Even if you are feeling good, keep taking Voriconazole. Without consulting your doctor, do not discontinue taking Voriconazole.
- Patients with kidney illness can use Voriconazole 200mg Injection without any side effects. Voriconazole 200mg Injection dosage should not be changed.
- Patients with liver condition should use Voriconazole 200mg Injection with caution. Voriconazole 200mg Injection dosage may need to be changed. Please speak with your physician.
- While you are using this medication, it is essential that you have regular liver function tests monitored.
