THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS:
For the treatment and prevention of iron deficiency anemia, ferrous ascorbate is used when the amount of iron taken from the diet is not adequate. It is also used for the treatment of anemia due to chronic kidney failure. This drug is only used to treat iron deficiency-related hemoglobin disorders.
