THERAPEUTIC INDICATION:

Cefoperazone for Injection USP is used for the treatment of bone diseases, genital diseases, Escherichia coli infections, pseudomonas infections and Serratia infections

DIRECTION OF USE:

Dissolve the contents in 10ml of Sterile Water for Injection USP for IV use and in 4ml of Sterile Water for Injection USP for IM use.
Reconstituted solution should be used immediately after the preparation.
Read enclosed leaflet before reconstitute and use.

CAUTION AND WARNING:

CAUTION: If any foreign particle is visible in the vial after dissolving the contents, please do not use the solution.
